When I turned up to my hostel in San Diego I bumped into Swann. I met him maybe about 8 weeks ago in Oregon at a campsite. There were a lot of cyclists at the campsite that night and we all arranged to meet at the same campsite the next day. Neither Swann nor I made it, so it was interesting to catch up and find out how our journeys had progressed over the past couple of months. Swann now flies back home to Toulouse for Christmas.
