It’s Bodging Time

I managed to break my chain as I was cycling into Banff, fortunately I wasn't going down hill for miles before noticing. Let's hope that I can remember how to fix it.

Forest Fires 🔥

Forest Fires in the area have meant no camp fires at the campgrounds. The camp fires were useful as a way to keep the mosquitoes away as well as to keep warm on cold nights and there were some cold nights.The fires also meant that on some days it was difficult to see the mountains.

No More Ms Stinky

After 3 1/2 weeks of cycling the Icefield Parkway, seeing amazing scenery and living a very rustic life I'm now booked into a hostel with electricity and running water 💦. 😊

Off the Grid
