This website goes on and on and on about the time that I got on my bicycle and spent 2 years 8 months and 9 days pfaffing and cycling around the world. I was lucky enough to visit 16 countries on four different continents. I met some amazing people along the way and had some fantastic experiences.

I have in the past been a teacher, clinical research scientist and an award winning personal trainer. I am now a keen cyclist and an expert in the art of pfaffing.

I am a founder member of Leicester Women’s Velo and Total Women Awesome Tours . I am one of Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling 2019.
